P. Diddy (Sean Combs, Puff Daddy, or whatever he goes by these days) is known for his opulent lifestyle. And he’s now offering a piece of it to the highest bidder — better yet, whomever is willing to at least match his asking of $6.5 million.
Diddy’s midtown Manhattan pad has been bouncing on and off the market for the past 4 years now. Initially listed at $8.5 million back in 2012, the Park Imperial place has slashed a couple of millions off the asking in hopes a buyer will emerge.
The rapper/producer/actor bought the two-bed, two-and-a-half-bath condo back in 2005 for $3.82 million, which means Diddy is likely to make a substantial profit despite the huge price drop.
With million dollar skyline views and a generous sight of Central Park, the 2,300-square-foot condo comes with high ceilings, 7 ft wide plank solid wood floors (not to mention the heated floor in the master bathroom), and interiors signed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Here’s a peek inside (spoiler alert, it’s less gangsta than you’d expect):
